Dr. Pamela Ograbisz, DNP, FNP-BC
Pamela serves as vice president of clinical operations at LocumTenens.com and LT Telehealth, where she leads telehealth and advanced practice staffing initiatives. Since joining LocumTenens.com in 2018, Pam has driven the implementation of more than 500 telehealth programs across the U.S. and Puerto Rico, significantly expanding access to care in rural and underserved communities. Her expertise in appraising healthcare service needs and developing telehealth programs, paired with her clinical background in cardiothoracic surgery and internal medicine, means that medical practices receive highly informed and tailored telehealth solutions. Dr. Ograbisz’s in-depth knowledge of telehealth regulations helps her seamlessly integrate telehealth into established staffing models. With more than two decades of experience and a focus on innovation during a rapid evolution of the delivery of care, she is a trusted partner for medical institutions seeking to build a telehealth program from the ground up, or to leverage remote care to expand lines of service.
Jamie Threatt, DNP, AGACNP-BC
Jamie Threatt is a board-certified adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner (AGACNP-BC). She obtained her B.S.Ed from the University of Georgia and her MSN and DNP from Augusta University. As a nurse, she worked in the trauma intensive care and the emergency department. After becoming a nurse practitioner, she spent time in the highly specialized area of neurology critical care before transitioning to pulmonary/critical care. She was most recently caring for patients in an outpatient pulmonary clinic, with a particular specialty in severe asthma and lung cancer. Throughout her career, she has been passionate about patient empowerment and education. Threatt joined LocumTenens.com in 2024 as the telehealth program director to help drive healthcare innovation, helping to expand healthcare access and bring medical care to underserved communities.
Hunter Miranda
As the senior telehealth business consultant at LocumTenens.com, Miranda leads adoption and utilization of telehealth services across more than service lines.
Joining the organization in 2019, she initially focused on nurturing long-term client relationships within the acute care setting. In 2020, she played a crucial role in launching Puerto Rico’s first ever telemedicine program in order to address the COVID-19 pandemic. The experience spurred her transition into a leadership role expanding and integrating telehealth services company-wide.
